New images have been released for Peter Jackson's upcoming The Hobbit: An Uexpected Journey. First, the official Twitter account for The Hobbit distributed the hi-res image below of Richard Armitage as dwarf leader Thorin Oakenshield:
Meanwhile, a fan site called The Heirs of Durin has posted this image from the back page an upcoming Hobbit movie calendar, which reveals new pics of the main characters, including our first good look at Doctor Who's Sylvester McCoy as the wizard Radagast:
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens December 14.
